However, the breakfast was very good and served by a friendly lady. The rooms were rated a 1, the service was rated a 1, and the location was rated a 4.

Nearby activities included hiking and an additional ironwork workshop. It was unfortunate that we had to leave by plane. In Muker, there was a woolen workshop, a charming coffee shop, and delicious cakes worth noting. The rooms, service, and location all received a perfect score of 5. The hotel's highlights included a fantastic view and excellent value.

A late booking was made by us but we were dutifully accommodated.. lovely ambiance and a pleasant pre dinner drink in a quiet lounge whilst making a menu choice... read more A late booking was made by us but we were dutifully accommodated.. lovely ambiance and a pleasant pre dinner drink in a quiet lounge whilst making a menu choice. When the food came in good time, it was all beautifully presented and tasted divine. Service by all staff was efficient and professional. I only live in the next village and am embarrassed to say this was my first visit.. it wont be my last and I will bring all of my family and friends in future. We had a lovely evening and Bob was fantastic, and waited with us as we had an after dinner liquor, whilst waiting for a taxi. (Also a local firm and wonderfully efficient Anydale Taxis).. thanks.. it was a lovely evening..
