If you'r... read more I used to really enjoy KFC, but this location is by far the worst I've ever experienced. Their biscuits are so hard they could be used as hockey pucks! If you're looking for a way to lose all your teeth, then by all means, eat here. The staff seems unmotivated and won’t make fresh food if you arrive within an hour of closing time. I wouldn't recommend this place!

I was surprised to see that this KFC was still open, but I stopped by and placed an order at the drive-thru just before closing time. As the general manager of one of the busiest restaurants in Morehead City, I find it surprising that KFC has allowed these same two managers, Sarah and Angela, to remain in their positions for so long. It seems like the owner of this KFC doesn’t care, as they continue to let these two provide such poor service to customers. Sarah and Angela both need to reconsider their careers and leave the service industry for their own good.

We ha... read more We haven't been to a KFC in awhile but we were in a rush to get home and they were on the way. The staff in the drive thru was super friendly and helpful. We had a rather large order-for a family of 5 including 3 teens-so I am used to having to be patientwhile food is prepared but it was ready as we got to the window. There were 2 cars ahead of me when we ordered but they didn'thave to wait for their orders either. There were no complaints about food once we git home and were able to eat. Everything wasfresh and tasty. Will be back soon!

KFC includes a sugar-bomb of a chocolate chip cookie with combos, and I'm mildly prediabetic, so can't eat the cookie. So when I ordered, I asked if they could keep the cookie, and justgive me an extra biscuit. The cashier (who was very nice) had to go ask who was in charge, and I was told they couldn't, and ifI wanted a second biscuit, I'd have to pay for it. A cookie costs $1.29, and 2 biscuits are $1.49. I asked for one biscuit inplace of the cookie. If you're still having trouble, I tried to give them $1.29 in exchange for them giving me$0.75.... This is horrible customer service, and kinda stupid TBH.
