My s... read more I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. A woman with what I believe was red hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister and I ordered hot peppermint mocha lattes, but we received regular hot coffees with just a single pump of peppermint syrup instead. When we politely asked for the peppermint mocha latte as advertised on the menu, she went off behind the counter, belittling me and shouting at the top of her lungs in front of everyone in the store, saying, "That customer ordered the wrong thing, so now we have to remake it." I found it quite unsettling that employees can behave like that toward customers over what seemed to be a simple misunderstanding about how to prepare a coffee.

It's the only restaurant I know of that serves fast food breakfast that early since the... read more This place is a lifesaver for breakfast when I need to be there at 4 AM. It's the only restaurant I know of that serves fast food breakfast that early since the golden arches aren't open at that hour anymore, or the one that is doesn’t serve breakfast. The food has been excellent, and I have no complaints about the morning staff.

I was able to use my... read more Location was great with being almost right in the middle of town. This location has a Dunkin and a Baskin Robbins all under the same roof. I was able to use my Dunkin gift card for ice cream. The staff were nice and the location clean.
