We were never going back but on a recommendation we did and got the grilled sandwich. It's the best tasting, juicy chicken sandwiches we have ever had.

It really comes down to which shift is working. Sometimes everything is perfect. I havent been able to figure out which times thegood shift works but regardless it's pretty much a hit or miss.

The best customer service and they really get to know their customers. They're is always someone coming out to check on customers and making sure the the tables, and customer areas are clean. Condiment station is always stockedfull. Fun place to be and chat with other's.

Employees stated that th... read more Been here several times, have had several issues with getting orders correctly. On my last visit I ordered an 8 piece dark chicken box. Employees stated that they didn't have enough dark pieces. Instead of offering options to wait for more chicken orallow substitutions, they stared at me like I was just supposed to order something else. Might adjust score when/if my complaintis received and followed up by those it concerns. For now this is a one-star establishment. Will not revisit. EDIT: I'veattempted to reach out to Bojangles Corporate several times over the phone and through their online customer service. No onefrom Bojangles has attempted to communicate with me regarding the poor service complaint. I have to assume they just don't carethat they lost a 25+ year customer.

It seems to depend on which shift is working. Sometimes, everything goes perfectly, but I can't seem to figure out when the good staff is on duty. Overall, it's really a hit or miss experience.
