It seems to depend on the... read more I've visited this Bojangles multiple times, and I often encounter issues with my order, including incorrect items and forgotten ones. It seems to depend on the shift; sometimes everything goes smoothly, but it's quite inconsistent. I haven't figured out which shifts have the better staff, but overall it's really hit or miss.

Employees stated that th... read more Been here several times, have had several issues with getting orders correctly. On my last visit I ordered an 8 piece dark chicken box. Employees stated that they didn't have enough dark pieces. Instead of offering options to wait for more chicken or allow substitutions, they stared at me like I was just supposed to order something else. Might adjust score when/if my complaint is received and followed up by those it concerns. For now this is a one-star establishment. Will not revisit. EDIT: I've attempted to reach out to Bojangles Corporate several times over the phone and through their online customer service. No one from Bojangles has attempted to communicate with me regarding the poor service complaint. I have to assume they just don't care that they lost a 25+ year customer.

We were never going back but on a recommendation we did and got the grilled sandwich. It's the best tasting, juicy chicken sandwiches we have ever had.

It really comes down to which shift is working. Sometimes everything is perfect. I havent been able to figure out which times thegood shift works but regardless it's pretty much a hit or miss.
