Patrons can enjoy free parking with a minimum spend, a welcome relief from local beach parking fees. While some diners have experienced delays in service and concerns over pet policies, the quality of the meals has received commendation. Guests have praised the well-prepared roasts and steaks, coupled with attentive staff like Noah, who enhances the dining experience. The pub embraces a dog-friendly atmosphere, though some patrons feel improvements are needed.
Went yesterday with friends the food was so good and the staff were really friendly and helpful the decs look amazing will definitely return.
I had the house salad which was very nice but cost £13.others in the party had the fish cake light bite at £9.50. They had exactly the same size salad with a fish cake for less money. This was very disappointing
Sat down waited 1/2 to be served so got up and left. Then had the joy of having to pay £3 for the car park. Did tell staff and they were surprised which is strange as no one else had been served either.
Met with friends from France for drinks. Pouring rain and gale blowing but we were refused entry because it was 4 minutes before opening time. Several minutes after opening time, doors still locked so we knocked, and door eventually opened. Told off by rude woman for knocking, who was so unpleasant, that the four of us walked straight out and spent out money elsewhere.
On January 3rd, we went to the Ferryboat Inn with a group of 8 people. Noah, a charming young man, served us. We were quite animated, but he handled us with grace. He deserves full marks for his excellent service.
