The food was ok (2nd visit) and I still like the location the whole look of the space.. But some of the staff seems a bit shady and unwelcoming. You should still give this place a shot though. View all feedback. What User likes about Santa Barbara:
The octopus was great! And the chicken with honey was really great. The service wasn't that big, they basically ignored us. And it was strange because all the locals we'd talk about would lead us to this place as if they were somehow compensated for? I thought the prices were high for Cuba. View all feedback.
