Really good food and service. Very affordable. Authentic Donburi. Don't sushi the best.
We just stumbled on this place while walking through old Havana. The food served was delicious and very affordable! This small place, with three Japanese ladies cooking their interpretations of the Japanese cuisine with local ingredients, was the best surprise of the whole trip. As a Japanese descendant, born and raised in a Latin American country, I felt an instant connection to this place.
For yummy Japanese food in Havana at a great price come here. When the Cuban food is getting a little tiresome, come to this Japanese restaurant. I had katsudon and a croquette and they were both amazing. The lemon drink was yummy too. Get here before 6pm when it closes.
The room is small, and there may be a few flies, but the food is delicious, especially since a meal will only return you about 4-5 CUC.
