The service at this restaurant was extremely poor. Last night, we had a major issue with the quality of our food that reflected the high cost of dining there. The situation could have been easily resolved by reviewing the security camera footage, but instead, we were simply given a refund. This restaurant is a fantastic place with an exemplary atmosphere, cleanliness, and organization. I highly recommend to bring a date and enjoy the best experience in Havana. The staff are magnificent and make you feel welcome.
