I regularly take the platinum bread and the calepain - which I especially recommend - from time to time a crunchy to change, I still have a lot to test so. Rings more than average. For the finest, crust but no mie! And for the bigger ones, the mie is well there but elastic short not tasty, the next day already hardened... It's probably not their specialty... Having not tasted the rest, I put three stars in doubt. Perso, I'm not going back. Knowing how to make a good baguette is the basis for a good bakery, right? True bakery with choice of bread, delicious. We don't think of frozen bread, something rare today! Nice home
I come especially from BELLIGNIES for this bakery because we love bread and welcome staff is pleasant! Finally we find the taste of good bread!
