Everything seems oldfashioned even the places that have been renovated sound like fake!The menu choice is too small and the staff not pro enough for a Michelin star restaurant !We were disappointed because we expected too much indeed!For me is not the best restaurant in Nantes and I dont understand the red guid's inspectors. A very nice experience with the Lolo jars (carrying plates). A very good initiative that allows you to put starry cuisine at the reach of a greater number. A real delight.

I enjoyed your yellow chicken dish with sweet spices on the ozzo pasta risotto. a discovery of this risotto. it's one of the lolo pots you recognize your talent as a star chef enjoyed in your restaurant a few years ago. I'm a boccal fan.
