Lothes Mat Vinhus - Haugesund

It's been a year since I had the pleasure to eat in lothes mat og vinhus. Since then, I have spent time learning more about every dish I was served (I took notes during my meal! . I am now even more impressed than I was at my meal and I was totally impressed at that time! each course of the meal was so carefully prepared. the aromen were wonderful. the chef was kreatiw in his use of ingredients, while not every ingredient only for show. from the house made lamm prosciutto to the Tuscan style fish soup, baked cadry over pure flower cadry cadry cadry cadre (all with wonderful spices, and passion fruit cream with Norwegian style donut holes (smultring hull each dish showed carefree and excellent in the execution. the waiter was personal and professional. he worked seamlessly with those in the kitchen so that my eating came perfect, beautifully presented. the environment of the site is also special. I felt that I could relax more than in most other Norwegian restaurants, as this was a little more annoying. the table settings and the decor are perfect for those who want an evening that is unpredictable. that is not a restaurant for people who are loud or have children who are not used to the corresponding label for eating, at least that is my opinion.

Great location with view of the hectic of the harbour. pity that the service was not put on the legs. had to go into the bar after a bed to order drinks. Finally they have to order food, but only part of the order has been delivered. the personal had to remember twice to get everything. during our meal people left on several tables straight, since no one came to take their order. After we waited for a good time to get the leak, we had to go back to the money to pay. Eating is also pretty good.

When they go to haugesund and they do not take the time to visit this little charming restaurant, they really cannot say that they have been in haugesund. it has a fantastic atmosphere, a very friendly staff good coffee and a very beautiful view. this place is very recommended by me.
