We had a concern about the delivery schedule that was not respected... However, after having had a rather negative opinion, we came into contact with a very kind person of the customer service who was able to do the necessary as a real professional to compensate for this incident. Our family has been filled and we thank the customer service for its reactivity and professionalism at the Center Parc les Troits Forêts. Bravo and good continuation.
