What Anjelle T doesn't like about Ropers Rockin Country:
Horrible place and would give zero stars if I could. Charge you to get in and then kick you out for attire. Also a pretty important note is they hate LEO, they will double charge you if they know you are 26. View all feedback.
It was my first time going to a country bar/dance club so it was something new for me. There was a cover charge of $10 which was kind of pricey for a small place, well not really, but compared to the places in Las Vegas like Blue Martini where it is only $5. When you walk in you will see some pool tables you can play with. There is also a bar to your left and to your right. There was a dance floor for the country music which had a few couples dancing on it. To the left of the building there is an entrance way to another dance floor and another bar. They were playing hip-hop music on this side. This area was very crowded with little space to move. I guess this place was just not my cup of tea. I was not impressed with their drinks. They ran out of olive juice, so no dirty martinis. I also ordered a vodka and sprite. I received an 10 oz cup that was fill 2/3rds of the way. Where is the rest of it? Oh well.

If you want to hang out with a bunch of teeny-boppers, this is the place to be. I've been here a few times and was not impressed. There is a decent cover charge. They offer dancing lessons, which is cool, but the lessons are dead and therefore pretty awkward to be a part of. There's a hotdog stand outside if you need it for your late night snack.

One of 3 places we went to while we were in Hattiesburg... I was with one of two groups, Chicago New York,, that were in town for a sad event that took the lives of 2 police officers... B.J. Deen Liquori Tate (rip brothers), the owner, James and his wife treated us like family...We were all moved by the Southern Hospitality that was shown to us. The staff- Mike the boys were Great.. The patrons of this place were the Best. Big ol boys- we loved you all and it was an honor to toss back 'alot ' of drinks with you guys and girls.... the kariokia by Adam, Andy and the girls was outstanding . great place to drink feel the Southern love.. Thank You All
