Without a doubt, this is the best authentic Mexican restaurant in Hattiesburg! I absolutely love the street tacos, especially the al pastor, and occasionally I go for the barbacoa. I will admit that the service isn't top-notch, but that's not why I'm here—I'm here for the fantastic tacos! I usually place my order myself and enjoy sitting at the bar with a cold beer while I wait; it's always ice-cold and refreshing. View all feedback.

I'm in Hattiesburg for work for a few days, and I was pleasantly surprised to find some authentic tacos here—much better than I expected. My tacos were delicious! However, my husband had a problem with his order; it was served cold and not what he requested. As for the service, it was lacking. No one came back to check on us, which was disappointing. We stopped on our way home to Texas and tried the three-taco plate with barbacoa. The barbacoa was absolutely delicious!

The 3 Taco-Platte de barbacoa was held in Texas. Barbacoa was so good.
Authentic cuisine that is so delicious that it will be your local stop. Can't wait to try the Tamalen the next time because they were out.....what is a good indicator; waitress with the cook will have some Thursday!
