I visited for the first time and ordered a cachito, latte, and pistachio muffin. It was my first time trying the cachito, which featured ham flakes instead of the usual sliced ham—delicious! The pistachio yogurt muffin was perfect; not overly sweet and wonderfully moist. The café latte had a fantastic flavor! On top of the tasty snacks and excellent coffee, the service was outstanding, thanks to Mrs. Marvelis’ kindness. The café has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home!

It's so cute and the owners and staff are so community-minded. I wish I lived there but will make a stop here every time I'm in the neighborhood. Next time I'll sample the food items also.

I've ha... read more Delicious, high-quality homemade arepas! I tried the veggie arepa without cheese and the black bean arepa with cheese for a friend, and both were a hit. I've had arepas before, but these are some of the best I've tasted. The atmosphere is casual and youthful, right across from the university—a great spot to study, enjoy lunch, sip coffee, or read a book. There's a choice of comfortable couches (though they were all occupied) as well as tables and chairs. The staff was incredibly friendly, and everything was served with a genuine smile. One area for improvement would be to serve the food on real plates instead of disposable ones, as the quality of the food deserves better. EDIT: I returned and found a band playing! It was the perfect accompaniment to lunch while it rained outside; the band was both entertaining and talented!
