I was in Hatten only a short time and the DHL driver (who was supposed to deliver my parcel) didn't even ring the bell for delivery. Luckily my pick up location on the next day was here and the lady was incredibly helpful and assisting in getting the parcel on time before I leave Germany again. Oh, and the live Christmas music in the shop was an added bonus and just the right experience just before leaving back home. I loved it! Thank you!
