Hotel overall was very nice! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel cleaners do an amazing job with the uprising of this hotel. The general environment of the hotel is a bit shut down, but the hotel itself is with a guard and I felt very safe. Nobody bothers you. If I visit Hato Mayor again, I'll stay here. Muchas gracias! Not bad. It’s simple and fairly clean. They put a lot of effort into making the reception area look good. Not a lot of amenities here. I was awakened very early in the morning by the sound of the women working in the motel yelling loudly to each other. My chief complaint is that when I arrived at 2:30, I was told there was no way I could go into a room until 3pm sharp because, until that minute, everything would be d... View all feedback.

Very good place to stay for a day or couple. The staff was very good and polite. The place has parking, food and security. Very clean. We slept very well. One thing, 11 months later the price if a 1/3.

I love the place, people are friendly, hot water always, quiet and clean.

Very quiet and comfortable accommodations with AC and cable tv, but the wifi does not work inside the rooms. I had to exit my room several times to connect to the hotel's wifi. There is a shower hose that is suppose to be mounted but the mount is broken in several of the rooms... I know because I stayed in room #25 #27, other than these issues, I'd recommend this hotel. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I would've given it 5 stars but the wifi and shower hose was annoying.

The hotel is great.The price is extremely affordable. It has parking with a night guard. The room is comfortable. The central air keeps the room nice and cold. The mini refrigerator is stocked daily. This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Make sure to leave the key to the room at the front desk for it to be cleaned on a daily basis. The staff is friendly. This is a hotel to stay while you visit Hato Mayor.
