I am sincerely grateful to the administrator who checked us in earlier, a very nice girl, unfortunately I don't remember her name. I would happily stay again. I recently visited the Hetman's Fortress hotel and restaurant, and I just need to share my enthusiastic impression of this place. This is an absolutely gorgeous place that deserves the warmest words. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was struck by its atmosphere and decor. Hetman's Fortress is located in a beautiful historical building that takes you back in time, creating an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The hotel was clean and cosy, with comfortable furnishings and a stylish design. The service staff greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to my needs. I also decided to have dinner at Hetman's Fortress restaurant and it was an unforgettable experience. The menu was rich and varied, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit all tastes. I ordered a dish and it was served beautifully and tastefully. The food quality was impeccable. In addition, the service in the restaurant was first class. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. They created a pleasant atmosphere and proved to be very attentive to details. My overall impression of the restaurant was incredibly positive. I can't help but mention the excellent location of the hotel. Hetman's Fortress is located in a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by nature. This is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. All in all, my stay at the hotel and my visit to the Hetman's Fortress restaurant was simply amazing. I recommend this hotel

At the same time, I did not swear, as many do, but in a very soft and friendly manner, I responded about the quality of one of the dishes. This is the second time in my life I have come across this, but the first time another restaurant apologized, replaced the dish and made another bonus, but here it’s absolutely nothing, as if it’s normal to serve a dish of this quality. Well, 70 UAH for plastic packaging (I don’t like to make trouble, so I decided to take it with me and give it to hungry animals) in the bill also made me smile)

Great atmosphere, friendly contact singer, decent food, staff needs a bit of etiquette training, but that was not critical. Prices are moderate. The price-quality ratio is normal.
