My sub, which was supposed to have no Chipotle sauce,... read more The boy in shorts who was adding the final ingredients didn't change his gloves between making sandwiches. My sub, which was supposed to have no Chipotle sauce, ended up tasting like it because he didn't clean his gloves after making the previous sandwich. I'm fortunate I'm not allergic to capsaicin from the Chipotle sauce or anything else that was on the last sub. Additionally, he put black olives on my friend's sandwich when she specifically requested pickles and onions.

The reason this one gets 3 stars is cuz if you order a hot sub for example meatball chances are you’ll be eating it cold cuz unlike other subways Hatley location can’t warm it in the microwave. So I only took a few bites of my footlong and had to take the rest home to heat up cuz I just couldn’t eat a cold meatball sub.

I reside in Hatley and don't often visit Subway. However, this evening, making dinner wasn't on my mind, so I ended up getting sandwiches… what a wonderful experience! The two young women working there (I think one of them was named Rachel) were absolutely fantastic. It was the best customer service I've received in a long time. Thank you, ladies!
