Wendy's - Hatfield

Came through Wednesday night at like 930pm .. employee was great and food was fresh. Honestly kind of unexpectedly great at this time of night, especially compared to the one on whites road/broad Street. A+

Don't know how this happens but they ran out of coke. My wrap was put together horribly and everything kept falling out of it.

Worst hamburger ever. Had a terrible time understanding the girl taking our order. Had to ask several times to repeat herself. Soda dispenser was almost empty, no lemonade, no coke. And the worst thing? Restroom had been cleaned recently, but not one sheet of TP! Only paper towels! AWFUL.

I did the drive-through. The associate was friendly, and the outside of the store was clean. The only things I noticed were the bulbs out in a section of the drive-through menu, and one was flickering on the handout area.

Absolutely terrible. Everytime we come here it's the same rude staff especially the one girl working there. If she's gonna be that miserable and disrespectful to everybody why does she even work there or let alone still have a job there. The food is wrong Everytime. This time was the breaker. Spent 35 dollars on food for them to be out of BBQ (we use BBQ for everything so everything was already kinda bleh) but then the fries were cold, the chicken sandwich so so dry, and the wrap I ordered came with ranch when I asked for no ranch so we didn't really end up eating anything. Sandwhich nugs and wrap all thrown out. 35 dollars wasted to bad food, rude service, and an overall bad experience once again. Will not be going back.
