only ground for 2 stars was for the young lady who waited for the customer who brought the dishes, supported the backing of the restaurant and then some, while her right arm freshly broken and wounded. she made an amazing work that tended to the 15 consumers. not sure who the cook is, but in any case lack of real taste from the use of old fat and ice served with freeze burning. the feeling that it has the potential t... The food is too greasy and tastes terrible.
Amazing handmade Mexican food, no fancy extras, just fantastic. Just like Grandma makes it. Cozy and possibly the most authentic cuisine in the area.

I was eager to leave a positive review as the food appeared delicious... I adore Hatch.
I didn't get a chance to eat, but I had a weird request for butter, and they were awesome enough to help me out. We will definitely be stopping by to eat next time.

Very good food \u0026 service
This place sells the more authentic Mexican food I have ever taste in New Mexico, their burritos taste bomb and they have a huge variety of different things to eat, and also is cheap, if you in Hatch go here to eat your burritos they are way cheaper than B and E burritos , those taste nasty and are highly priced, but this places is way better hands down for the quality of the food.
Good food without the exorbitant prices in other restaurants in hatch. also softdrinks are not $2 . I like the Mexican influential to eat. my daughter-in-law comes from leon, guanajuato. I always enjoy their kitchen. atmosphere is relaxed and dining room is colorful. service is great. I live in elephant butte, nm.

Stopped here during a road trip to Tucson. The tacos were authentic and served with Hatch green chili salsa and were excellent. Good service. Highly recommended.
