All fast food restaurants are hit and miss when it comes to good food and good customer service. It really depends on the manager and owner. They have to take pride in their business to provide a good experience to their customers. Shoemaker Rd in Pottstown is a decent location, it has some real friendly staff and some real lazy workers too. Depends on the day you go. View all feedback.

Hands down the best Wendy?s I?ve been to. Food is consistently good and service is always quick and friendly. But the best part of the experience is a guy (who?s name I?m afraid I don?t know) who often takes the orders for drive thru. He is friendly and clever and hilarious and he makes my day every time he takes my order.

Tonight I had a wonderful experience at Wendy's. It started with the welcoming smile and great service given by Tyler. The team was hopping, all were busy helping to fulfill the many orders expected of them. I had the jalapeños salad and it was delicious and fresh. Will definitely order again. The condiments I requested were all there. The burger, nuggets and fries were hot and well received by my family. I thought that in a world of constant complaining and canceling, you would like to hear what you are doing right! Thanks for showing up and taking pride in what you do. It shows.
I placed a mobile order for a Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger combo and I customized the burger. Besides the patty, it 's supposed to have bacon jam, crispy onions, creamy cheddar dip, American cheese, and bacon. It comes on a cheddar bun but I cannot have bread so I left that off. I added raw onions, pickles, mayo, ketchup and extra lettuce to use as replacement for the bun. When I went through the drive-thru, the cashier confirmed that I didn 't want a different bun and actually no bun at all. Great! I was hopeful they would get it right since the mobile order spells out everything. Well, it failed. Failed BIG TIME! Not only did I not get the things I added, they left off things that normally come with the burger! See the attached pics of what comes on the burger, pics of what I got, and a screenshot of my order. In the second picture, I took the crispy onions and pickles off so you can see that there are none of the items listed below. The meat was fine. The bacon was fine. There wasn 't much bacon jam. But they did put pickles on it. What was missing ruined the meal. It did not have: Ketchup Mayo Raw onion Cheddar dip (normal part of this burger) American cheese (also a normal part of this burger) The extra lettuce I asked for which would have made it easier to eat without the bun. I don 't know what 's wrong with burger places. You ask them to leave off the bun and they lose their minds. I 'm used to places forgetting the condiments when I order a burger without a bun. It doesn 't make any sense to me but it happens. But to leave off the cheese and cheese dip that makes it a Big Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger makes no sense at all! And, it wasn 't one thing. Or two things. It was *six* things that were missing. And, it 's not like they could forget what I asked for. It 's written out on the order. ???? ???? ???? The staff was friendly, though. No complaints there. Just, whoever was cooking wasn 't paying attention.
