If I could give no stars I would. Ordered online on their website. When we got confirmation it said it’d be an hour. After 1 hour 15 mins we called to see where it was and were told it was on its way. It never came, so called after another 30mins to be told 5-10 mins. After 20 mins I called to cancel the order, to be told they had no order under our address. When I gave the order number, he denied all knowledge of it... View all feedback.
After reviewing their online menu, we placed an order totaling £16.08. However, when calling the restaurant to confirm, we were informed that the total was actually £22.50 due to a price increase after Covid. The vegetable thali we ordered was not up to the standard we had come to expect. Additionally, the two side dishes had increased in price from £2.66 to £4.45, with one of them, Ali Gobi, consisting of mostly potatoes with only two pieces of cauliflower. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience.
The service was lacking and the food was mediocre, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.
The service was excellent and our food was served promptly. Most importantly, every dish was delicious. Spot on!
It's the best place for a Indian food and very nice staff would recommen to Indian food lovers
Always late on delivery. Always cold. Customer service awful. Can’t even talk to the manager because he’s the delivery driver
