The vegan choices were many and tasty, dhall, homemade lemonade, hummus, aloo gobi all tasted homemade. Happy smiling service. Optician in same premises was a surprise and shelves of books to read. We will be back. Right over the road from the beach.
Kassa Café in the Hastings area is a hidden gem that visitors may not be aware of. Located just around the corner from Tagine, it is one of the many fantastic Mediterranean restaurants and cafes in the area. Marrakech on George St. also offers vegan desserts, while the Lebanese restaurant near Marina Court is highly recommended. The ambiance of Kassa Café, bathed in sunlight, along with their delicious food, makes for a beautiful dining experience. Highly recommended.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere, convenient location, affordable prices, and friendly staff. They have a dedicated menu board for all their vegetarian and vegan options, making it easy to find. The staff are also willing to accommodate any modifications to a meal, if possible.
Located in the Hastings area, Tagine is a hidden gem that many visitors may not be aware of. This Mediterranean restaurant, along with others like Marrakesh on George Street and a Lebanese restaurant in Marina Court, all offer fantastic dining experiences. Tagine in particular stands out with its beautiful furnishings, natural sunlight, and delicious food, making Kassa cafe a truly lovely place to dine.
The restaurant offers great vegan options. Four of us tried the vegetable biryani and we all left very satisfied.
