Contribute FeedbackKaspa's offers a mixed bag of experiences, showcasing tantalizing desserts amid concerns over service and cleanliness. While many patrons rave about the welcoming staff and delightful birthday celebrations, others lament the lack of available menu items and disappointingly small portions. The desserts, though praised for taste, sometimes fail to impress with quality reminiscent of store-bought options. Cleanliness appears to fluctuate, with some visits noted as pristine while others depicted a less favorable environment. Still, with a diverse menu and family-friendly atmosphere, many agree that Kaspa's remains a popular dessert destination worth a visit.
Very poorly stcked had run out of a lot of things. Had only full fat milk for hot drinks. Ice cream was a joke and no peanut butter . Portions were small. And not great for other deserts. No cokes. won't be going again.
Took about 5 minutes after we walked in before 2 members of staff came downstairs. There was no one else in the restaurant so no idea why they were both upstairs leaving the till and whole lower floor unattended. Once seated we chose our dishes and went to order. To then be told that 2 of the items we wanted were out of stock. Surely when you are sold out of items you tell people when you seat them. I know we do in the restaurant I work in.
For months now they have not had all stock, there stock is terrible
Food amazing, staff go over and above for excellent customer service, spoke to a nice young gentlemen two nights in a row we have ordered and the whole experience has been fantastic. Didn’t catch his name but his service was great and wanted him to be recognised thank you so much.
We went for my son’s birthday on a Monday at 7 pm. I had called to book a table but it was very quiet in there (it was Monday! So plenty of seats to choose from. I asked the staff to put candles in my sons pudding and if everything was on the menu and they said it was and they would. It was service with a smile and everyone was so friendly. Music playing, but not too loud that you couldn’t hear self talk, the staff weren’t constantly at your table asking if everything was okay (just leave me alone and let me eat! , And it was very clean. My son had the best time, the staff even sang happy birthday when they bought the pudding with candles out. A much better experience than the previous time we went (There was a shortage on the menu for some reason, but that was sometime ago! . Very enjoyable food, very reasonably priced and we even found out they also deliver (this could get very expensive! . Thank you for an awesome experience for my son and our family. Visit date 18th of March 2024.
