Our Lucky Stars - HASTINGS VILLAGE

At Our Lucky Stars you order and pay at the cash, and they bring your food to your table. Service is friendly. Food was good. We had limited choices; many items on their chalkboard menu were not available. I had a ham & brie sandwich - very good. My wife had quiche and said it was excellent. Decent prices.

I am never dis-appointed having lunch at lucky stars... fresh & healthy & delicous meals...today I tried their chi latte.. which they specially blend.. what a treat..this is truly a great cafe to travel to.. the service friendly & sincere!!!!

I made a reservation for lunch for 13 people on the Lilac Festival Sunday and then phoned that morning to confirm. But when I arrived for lunch with my party, I was told that that they don't take reservations, and that they didn't have any room for my group. This is incompetence of a very high order. I will never go there again.

During a trip to Warkworth, Ontario for the Victoria Day weekend, a couple of friends and I visited Art in the Park. After looking at all of the beautiful crafts, we decided to walk the main street of this small village. There are several very nice shops here, including the Cheeky Bee Candle store. We then came upon this cute (and very busy) cafe. I chose a homemade quiche, salad and apple cider. The quiche was homemade and really good. The dressing for the salad is their own brand of honey mustard, which you can buy a bottle to take home with you. It is very light and delicious. There was a homemade oatmeal cookie for dessert that was the size of a dinner plate! Yummy!!! Quaint, clean place to eat. Delicious coffee. Great service, even with people lined up out the door. A few tables and chairs outside for a nice day. Great variety on the menu. I think they only take cash or debit. I would highly recommend going here for breakfast or lunch.

Friends gather here. If it is your first visit, you are a new friend. Enjoy perfect coffee, espresso snd chai tea along with wonderful scratch soups, salads, sandwiches and surprises. Thursday is their "not to be missed" pizza night.
