I placed an order and was told it would take 45 minutes for delivery. Two hours later, I still hadn’t received anything, and there were no phone calls to update me. This happened on a Monday night, and I won't be returning - you’ve lost a customer. I've been ordering from here for years without issues, but the last three times have been disappointing.
