Tates of sussex was very busy in both the restaurant and coffee shop. We went to the coffee shop but still had to queue. They were running low on pasties and sausage rolls but we were lucky and got the last one of the variety we wanted In the rest of the store thing are getting very festive, with a wide range of Christmas lights, decorations and potential present ideas. In summary tates is gearing up ready for Christ... View all feedback.
What Jef Crow doesn't like about South Downs Nurseries:
Coffee bar allows dogs. Main cafe doesn't. Apart from slow service and dirty floor it was ok. Nice cake. Decent flat white. Decaffeinated cappuccino not worth it. View all feedback.

Lovely food, friendly staff even though busy. Very easy with a wheelchair as well
Lovely big place. Lots of things to buy. Amazing plants. Food delicious.
I must say the quality of the plants is amazing I spoke to the manager yesterday from plant department she’s a very nice lady helpful and explained a few thing. This year they have done a plant sale and even those plants were fantastic. Compared to other garden centres this one is by far the best around. Well done all of you keep up the good work it’s a pleasure to come in and look around. Kind regards Marie.
