The two chefs take risks in implementing instinctive, inventive cuisine, relying on the solid technical foundations of traditional cuisine. The juices and sauces are remarkable, the tastes clean and powerful, always just right, complex but not complicated. We don't get lost. The product is at the heart of the plate. The pleasure of tasting too. The hotel is not to be outdone. Modernity while respecting local culture, the presence of Le Trinquet brings a special soul to this beautiful building. Our very sincere thanks to the team for this week which we will keep fond memories of. Without any hesitation, we warmly recommend.
