Toaste In East Lans - Haslett

Finally was able to go to Toaste. What a fantastic experience. The chicken curry was spectacular, the berry berry toaste delicious, and some of the best service I've had anywhere.

Lovely little cafe. We went on a Saturday. They had traditional Indonesian food available that day. The hostess was very kind and patient explaining the menu and making her suggestions. I ordered the beef randang which was flavorful, it comes with a tasty boiled egg and light salad and rice. Also had the strawberry toast which was so good. We’ll be back.

David was great! He recommended great things for us, he was so kind and helpful and we absolutely loved the food. Delicious cold brew too! Good music and atmosphere and fast service! The experience made our day! We will definitely be back!

I love this place!! Staff is always very accommodating and friendly and the food is absolutely delicious! You have to try the Hammy Sammy and any of the Honey Toast flavors (the potato leek soup is also amazing)!! We also tried the sea salt cream tea last time, and it was amazing! You will definitely want to come here for your next brunch visit!
