We have ordered delivery from this location on multiple occasions. Every time we have it delivered, the toppings have slid off the crust entirely as if the driver is in the Indy 500. We understand that Lou’s uses 3rd party delivery services but the this is unacceptable. The manager is always very apologetic and refunds our money but this is the last straw. I love Lou Malnati’s Pizza! The deep dish and thin crust are both delicious! This location is take out and delivery only. The Malnati salad and wings are great too!

The food is excellent. Best pizza I’ve ever had and I’m a pizza snob. The service was impeccable and inviting. The atmosphere was pick up or to-go only.
Very good place to enjoy pizza. But, plan ahead of time your visit or make a reservation , because it’s very busy.
Service is bad! I had to receive the order at 6:30pm, they told me to wait until 6:50pm, it arrived at 6:50pm, I was told to wait another 20 minutes
