Sarpino's Pizzeria

I order from Sarpino's time to time and every experience has been absolutely 10/10! They're open late, offer free delivery, and have fair prices on their menu items. What's not to love?

The worst pizza in the chicagoland area. By far the worst staff as well. They will spit on your food too. Stay away from this place.

They never deliver your food when you order on the phone, they just ignore you and your calls, terrible service, never ordering again

The bread sticks were hard and paper thin. The pizza always arrives cold. The one and only time I called about the pizza being cold, I was offered a refund, which I accepted. The next time I went to order, my telephone number was listed as fraudulent and if I wanted to make an order I would have to use a different telephone number. So because I complained, and was given a refund, as I should have been, my telephone number was flagged for being fraudulent!

I like Sarpinos. They are open until 4 a.m. which is great for late night working or studying sessions. The online order discount code sometimes does not work, but they very nicely let me have the discount when I ordered by phone. The pizza is goodand there are lots of topping options. My favorite item on the menu is the cheesy breadsticks. I get them with the creamy garlicdipping sauce. Yum! However, I must deduct one star because of my most recent delivery experience. The driver was very nice andon time, but 1) he came to my apartment building door instead of staying in his car for contactless curbside delivery , and 2)he was not wearing a mask. During this pandemic, all delivery people should be wearing masks and limiting contact withcustomers, just as we customers should be doing the same. So I will not order from Sarpinos again until the COVID situation isover. UPDATE: I now add a note to my delivery directions, asking delivery person to wear a mask when coming to my building (Iwear one too). Since then, every delivery driver has worn a mask when showing up at my door. So if you 're concerned like I was,I recommend doing this. Rerated to 5 stars.
