They had no lemon four our water neither, nor one of their milk shakes, because their machine did not work. We had the vegetable burger and it was decent. The service was a little slow, had to wait for Brocolli and Burger. The waiter who served us was very friendly, so overall an OK retreat. View all feedback.

Burgers were good n all and the peach ice tea was great, but for some reason there was no one on the front to sit guests when we came in? The restaurant was mostly empty so they were not too busy. One of the people I came with had to get someone to visit us after we waited for something??? The rest of the service was good. View all feedback.
Had to wait a while until someone put me up. But Edwin, who I think the busboy helped me put me and take my order. He was very nice. Give him 5 stars! But the service of a host/host is not available. Maybe a bell so people know we're waiting. I had the southwest salad and it was really good and filled. Would recommend

We ordered food for pickup at this location yesterday, and the accuracy and quality was terrible. Instead of the whiskey river bbq burger we ordered, we were given one of Red Robin's cheapest plain burgers with barely anything on it. We asked for two specific sauces, and we were given none. There was an avocado stem in the salad. Everything looked pretty sad. We've had good experiences dining in at Red Robin locations in the past, but they don't seem to care about the pickup/delivery experience. Not recommended.
It's hard to describe a more frustrating service experience! Every aspect of the dining experience was slow and lacked any basic knowledge of restaurant service. Thankfully nothing was wrong with the actual food, but the service from hostess through waitress to bussing staff was clueless. I'm sympathetic to restaurants being severely understaffed, but this wasn't the case. There were plenty of stuff floating around, but zero awareness of their basic requirements. Perfect example of **** poor management not properly training or caring
Had great service here. Good value and cheap drinks. Enjoyed the food will probably be back soon. They had tablets to pay on at your table
