Description

At this Dunkin', bright, quick service and clean premises meet inconsistent hospitality and hit-or-miss orders. Some crew members are warm, helpful and skilled at flavor customizations, while others can be rude and make mistakes. Menu strengths include bagels, donuts, vegetarian choices, dairy alternatives, kid-friendly treats and ample parking with wheelchair access and a ramp. Prices feel high for iced tea and coffee, and some food items (hash browns) disappointed. For steady quality, locals sometimes drive to a nearby location instead.

As rude as the lady that took my order was to straight up make fun of me for switching my words, my drink was ok and cup wasn’t even full. Her coworker however was very efficient and quick to make my food and apologized for the other girl being rude and childish and I greatly appreciate that as I was very close to saying cancel my order I didn’t ask to be treated poorly. Will be sticking to my usual location from now on but wanted to thank the woman who apologized

Donuts and coffee were good. They gave me the wrong donuts though. Staff seemed very overwhelmed.

The staff here is fantastic! We stopped by for coffee and donuts, and the women working were among the friendliest Dunkin' employees I've ever met. Thank you for making our day brighter!

The service was absolutely amazing. I was able to talk to the workers about all different flavors and what go add to make the coffees taste different. I showed them how to make a snickerdoodle coffee with a couple different flavors. Such an outstanding place!

So not just this Dunkin but all of them are a bit overpriced for what they offer. Here's an example: If you order a large ice tea you can expect to pay just over $3 and about $4.50-$5 for a large iced coffee. To me that's excessive. Most other places that sell coffee that aren't Dunkin or Starbucks sell ice tea for $1 or coffee for less than $2.As a diabetic there's not much I can get for food there that won't put me in a coma but when I used to eat there, the food wasn't so good maybe the bagels and some donuts. BTW Their hash browns are trash, not crazy about the seasoning. This is not a knock at any of the staff.
