Grotto Pizza at the lake used to be fantastic, but it has declined over the past year. Recently, I called to place an order for a birthday party, and they recorded the wrong time. We’ve encountered undercooked pizzas and Strombolis on multiple occasions. It seems the main issue is that the teenage staff often appear to be more focused on having fun than on their work.
