My cousin have been waiting at the window for 10 mins 8 coffees not labeled and no cup holders. Why ask for cup holders with 8 coffees?

I placed a mobile order, and due to having a sick one-year-old at home, my boyfriend went to pick it up. After some confusion where they said they couldn’t locate the order, he finally got it. However, on his way out, he was struck by a brown pickup truck. Unfortunately, no one from nearby stores or bystanders stepped in to help. Although the paramedics were called, the restaurant still refused to offer a refund despite the circumstances!
