Jack's - Harvest

Absolutely disgusting service from the manager. In the drive through and girlfriend spilled the milkshake all over herself as it was handed to her. We immediately pulled into a spot to clean up.I went inside and asked for another shake and paper towels thinking it was no big deal. Was denied by the manager because we pulled away with the shake and had to pay for a new one . Im surprised she didn 't make me pay for the paper towels.I came through here all the time. Guess no more, since the manager was so rude and wanted to save $4. I want to be clear, the other employees were cool and understanding. The manager was the only one making a huge deal over it, so now I can enjoy my $4 Styrofoam cup and handful of paper towels from Jacks.

Looks like toilet broke/overflowed or pipe broke....they were squigeeing the floor...smelt funkyChicken tenders were good but very, very small in size

Needs removed and replaced with an Arby's.With all new team of employees.

One of the best Jack's in the area. Rare occasion are slow, but that is rare. Others in the area seems slower more often. Food always good, and seems correct when going through the drive-thru. Good Job Jack's team and
