The coffee is decent. They really need to hire more staff who can work more efficiently. If you have around 45 minutes to kill in the morning, then this Dunkin' Donuts might be the place for you. Come on, folks! You're right next to a busy army base, so why can’t you step up your game and provide quicker service?
I often go to this restaurant because it's conveniently located near my gym and office. I usually try to place my order in advance through the app, but unfortunately, about 75% of the time, my order is incorrect. If you make any modifications to the standard menu items, they are almost guaranteed to be missed.
I had a really frustrating experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru line was extremely long, and even though I had placed my order ahead of time for pickup, they weren’t accepting walk-in customers. There were eight cars ahead of me, and I ended up having to go to work without the coffee I had already paid for. They should really think about opening the store just for pickups. Ordering ahead doesn’t save any time since you still have to wait for the cars in front of you to place their orders. Furthermore, the app has an option for in-store pickup, but when I arrived, there was a sign stating that only the drive-thru was in operation.
I used mobile ordering to avoid waiting in line, but when I arrived, I found out it was drive-thru only. I ended up waiting in a 10-minute line anyway. Please update your mobile ordering system so that I don't waste my time. How is it possible that the store isn't open for in-store mobile orders?
Came here afyer lunch. Pulled up to the drive through and waited a while just to have the employee say hold on... then they took a while to ask me for my order. I asked for a cold brew black and the woman acted confused. Took them forever to get me mydrink and it tasted terrible. There was 5+ employees working seemingly doing nothing.
