The staff was friendly, order was right, but the 15 minutes waiting time was rough. I understand that everything is freshened, but with a staff as high as it was, I think it would have been more organization for what everyone would have treated. They saw a little chicken cut off their heads. Will try this place again when we travel to see if it improves. View all feedback.

I went to Monroe from Crystal Lake and stopped at Culvers in another city nearby and her dining room was closed. I was grateful you were open. Thank you for serving the public in this way!
Understaffed but understandable with covid. I like the daily specials like dollar corn dogs and dollar short sundays and shakes. I've been wanting to try there walleye sandwich but it hasn't been available for a while. My photo shows what my chicken sandwich looked like when I pulled it out of the bag. The cheese cup exploded. They did comp me another cheese cup for free...That made everything better. Except the big cheesy mess in my truck. Lol
Good food. Right every time for me and HOT!
