Hardball Café - Hartwick Seminary

Worst service ever. My waitress is not there most the time, spending her time cellphoning in the backstore or sweeping the terrace. What looks like the owner just got in with a Ryoby weed eater in the box I'm still waiting for maybe ordering a second beer. Probably if I walk away no one would notice that the tab was paid. Just wow... At least my waitress was smiling and efficent the time she was there.

No idea how the food was, never got to that point. Seated immediately but waited nearly 30 minutes with no one stopping by our table to check on us. Even after pointing out that we'd been waiting awhile, a couple waitresses walked by and served other tables. We left.

Food was pretty good. Service was slow so be patient. Good place for a gathering.

Very disappointed since our visit last year. We come here every year during hall of fame week. 1) they charge 4% more for credit card. 2) food came out timely but once got food, had to rush eating it because waitress kept asking done. Tried taking my French fries on another visit to our table when still eating them. I set the tip on the table and she came right over, took it and started cleaning the table while we were there. The restaurant was slow with no one waiting. Very poor experience. We will never go to this location again. Very rude. Cannot say it enough.

Horrible food, oh wait onion rings were good. Manager very unprofessional. Just bad for being so close to the BH of F.
