Excellent experience, great lunch special and Emily made the suggestion and treated me like I was the reason why she came to work today. Well, you're worth your heavily taxed dollar. Thank you, Mrs. Emily....you've done my day better.

The food here is AMAZING! Such a great atmosphere and always top notch service. Had five 2 nights last week and threw a great birthday party there. They had a great sound system for playing the band on stage. Sharif and Melissa know what they do!

New to Hartwell and the first place I visited was Chicago Steakhouse and directly from the begging I felt like I belonged! The staff was very attentive and very nice. The mood of the place is definitely a first-class Chicago Vibe! Food was very good and the spirits were made perfection! I recommend very lunch or dinner! I only had a few things on the menu, but I will be back to explore their menu!

My wife and I enjoyed our meal here with our family. The staff was super friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere and food was also great. The ribeye have great taste. Negative: I thought it was a bit overpriced and the salad needs some work. Overall we had a great experience and plan to be back soon!

Had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner with my mom. Excellent service and very well prepared NY Strip while short staffed and covid uptick. Look forward to visiting mom again soon and enjoying another steak and couple of classes of Malbec.
