Pizza Hut - Hartsville

That was our first experience on the pizza hat in Hartsville. I ordered a big dinner box online and specified the time we would pick up the order. we came about 2 minutes after the time we selected, and our order was finished, and the pizzas, brotsticks and wings were perfect.

I rated pizza hut a 1 but wish I could go deeper I order online as always and I never have my ordering the time for me to get my order 1pm and at 3pm I went to the restaurant to ask what went wrong and get my order. So I was hit by the works, the pfeife was 2 damen and I told them that my order never came and gave them my phone so that they saw that I ordered and one dame was so rude to me and said oh that she was leaving her house it saw but she wasn't so rude, she didn't know that she went into the wrong house and that she was so rude that she was just getting so rude.

The dine-in option at the restaurant was closed due to a shortage of staff. I observed teenagers and a few workers coming in and out of the back door. There was no sign indicating that the dine-in option was closed for the night. I saw workers folding boxes and playing around, and noticed that the staff seemed to be short-handed. The pizzas were average at best. I ended up waiting in the drive-thru line, which was faster than waiting inside. Despite there being a number of workers, the service was slow. Several other couples and I attempted to dine in, but there was no one inside to assist us. The worker at the drive-thru did not wear gloves or a mask, and I did not see any hair nets. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I would not recommend dining in at this restaurant.

The pizza was slightly undercooked and the crust was too thin. It did not meet the usual quality we expect.

Pizza was good, prepared correctly, and was ready quickly.
