My family has dined at Pastina for thirty years. We live in Manhattan now but drive up for the most delicious meals! Most recently, I ordered a cod fish dish that was exquisite. So far superior than most restaurants in our Manhattan area. Additionally, the ricotta cheesecake is unmatched. Over the years, our dinners have never disappointed! This is the type of place your Jewish grandmother goes because you can get a cheep meal. It's very old school featuring uninspired food but, the service is very good. You get a small house salad with every entree. They had no problem taking care of a special request. Bottom line, this has seen better days. That is not to say if you and granny are hungry that she might like the pasta or chicken franchise. View all feedback.
