Everything tasted amazing - the chick... read more Yesterday, I experienced internal love at Mamta restaurant while enjoying the best Indian takeout I've had in a long time. Everything tasted amazing - the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the pickles were refreshing. This meal restored my faith in ordering takeout in Hartlepool.

Fresh herbs fresh chilli the Biriyani was full of flavours and having visited Sri Lanka the food was right on par with the Indian Ocean cuisine. We wasnt disappointed literally the best indian in the north east.

I have never waited so long for a takeaway to be delivered to find out its not coming because they have gave it to someone else. And the person in the phone did... read more I have never waited so long for a takeaway to be delivered to find out its not coming because they have gave it to someone else. And the person in the phone didn't have a clue what to say and made no sense. The fact I pre ordered aswell and still they messed it up. Worst service ever. They said they were making a fresh batch to be sent out to us. Let's see if it arrives, and if it has just been thrown together. Not happy at all.

The chicken is now larger and taste... read more Our usual choice for an indian take away as the food is always nice. Tonight though they have changed things for the better. The chicken is now larger and taste much nicer. Also lots of it. The nan is now larger. They did forget the rice but send it straight out and it arrived 10 minutes later so the food was not cold. Great customer service. Please keep this up as it is one of the only nice indians in the town.
