I placed my order at 7:30 pm and it didn't arrive until 10:00 pm, which is unacceptable. The restaurant needs to be more realistic with their delivery times.
Our usual choice for an indian take away as the food is always nice. Tonight though they have changed things for the better. The chicken is now larger and taste much nicer. Also lots of it. The nan is now larger. They did forget the rice but send it straight out and it arrived 10 minutes later so the food was not cold. Great customer service. Please keep this up as it is one of the only nice indians in the town.
Had most tasty delivery even came 20 minutes earlier than I thought which was great. Food was hot, tasty and well presented. Delivery guy was very friendly too
I would give this restaurant 4 stars if they had the food ready by the specified collection time. Unfortunately, the food was not ready until 25 minutes after I arrived.
Yesterday, I experienced internal love at Mamta restaurant while enjoying the best Indian takeout I've had in a long time. Everything tasted amazing - the chicken was juicy and flavorful, the pickles were refreshing. This meal restored my faith in ordering takeout in Hartlepool.
