Panda Express - Hartland

I used to love Panda Express Hartland, as they always provided great service. However, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered $60 worth of food for my wife's birthday, resulting in a total bill of $70. Unfortunately, one item was missing from my order: chicken egg rolls. When I reached out to the restaurant about the missing item, I was told to contact DoorDash, even though I had ordered directly from Panda Express online. After being given no assistance on how to contact DoorDash, I called back to the restaurant multiple times to speak with a manager but received no response. This lack of customer service over a $12 item has cost them thousands in potential business. I urge the franchisee to improve employee training.

This restaurant is missing out on a lot of potential revenue by closing at 9 PM, especially since there is limited parking and they are located in a busy area next to a cinema. People often eat Chinese food late. I recommend they change their closing time to 10 PM. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere are all rated at 5 stars.

I tried Panda Express again, but they always mess up my order. I got all the way home, opened my meal, and realized they gave me the wrong order - it was mostly white rice with very little protein.

The restaurant has a great manager. Their takeout service is excellent, perfect for a lunch meal. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Plate with Fryer Rice and Teriyaki Chicken.
