I come here most days for lunch. Randal and Cassandra usually serve me and they always maje my sandwich just how I like it and Randall makes me feel very welcome and appreciated View all feedback.

They inquired about the closing time to the server. She asked, "When, tomorrow?" But they meant today. She replied, "8:45-9." It was not even 8:30 yet. She said she wanted to leave and did not want to take any more orders. They mentioned shooting for 9, but she ended up leaving at 8:45. How does a sub shop run out of lettuce? I visited today at 11:00 am and they were out of six items. This has happened the last three times I have been there. I recommend going to the good Subway on the east side of Hartford instead. This place is terrible. Running out of lettuce in a Walmart? The lettuce is only 35 steps away, I counted for you. It's not the employees' fault, the owner must be disconnected or just plain dumb. Running out of lettuce is ridiculous.

Only 1 person working upfront, she helped a customer then checked them out. Never took off her gloves when giving previous customer change then went right into making my food. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would of made her wash and change her

I arrived at 8:40, just 20 minutes before closing time at 9, and was told that they were no longer serving food. It was a horrible experience.

I ordered two footlong subs through door dash. Picked out the veggies and everything. Food got delivered, bread was wrong, no biggie. But neither sandwich had meat. Are you serious? How do you forget the meat?!
