Subway - Hartford

I visited the Subway on Flatbush Ave. in Hartford, CT on 11/19/2023 at 1pm. The service was awful. If I could, I would give this place zero stars. The woman taking orders was incompetent and extremely unprofessional. I ordered three sandwiches and each time she had a bad attitude. On the final sandwich, I asked for pickles but she put jalapeños instead. When I politely asked her to correct the mistake, she refused and just added pickles on top of the jalapeños. I insisted that I did not want jalapeños and asked her to remove them. She argued with me, claiming that I had ordered jalapeños. She completed the order while giving me a hostile look. I ended up leaving my order on the counter and walking out. Another worker in the back witnessed the whole incident. I am appalled by the service and will never return to this location. Subway, please hire better staff as employees like her will drive away customers.

I was in the area, I forgot to bring my lunch with me, and I was very short on time. I went to Subway at Walmart hoping I could get some lunch fast. Luckily no one was in line in front of me. I got a six inch whole wheat toasted, with turkey, American cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers.The lady toasted the bread with the, cheese and Turkey first, then she added the rest of the ingredients. I don't ever go to Subway, so I wasn't familiar with their meals. I guess a meal is a better value, than just a sandwich. This was just under $8.00.I drove around 10 minutes to my destination, then I ate my turkey sandwich for lunch. It was ok, the bread however tasted like paper, it was so dry. It wasn't dry because it was toasted, it was a different type of dry. I also think $8.00 was a bit pricy for the quality I received.I didn't expect this to be the best sandwich of life, it was ok. I will probably not be returning to this Subway.

I am busy and would prefer not to spend my time at that restaurant this New Year.

My flatbread sandwich had tomatoes, I did not order tomatoes.
