Starbucks - Hartford

Poor customer service! The fat Spanish guy behind the counter is vulgar. I said thank you twice for my order, and the second time, he just looked at me… he is mad miserable; I will never be back!

Great place to hang out. Located along with Barnes Noble.

I’ve come here a few times out of convenience and all the people who work here are super sweet, truly.But the drinks are terrible, like actually undrinkable. I ordered a drink today and I took two sips and threw the rest in the trash, it wasn’t just burnt espresso, their machine must need a deep clean or something because it was actually vile. Those two sips were enough to turn my stomach and make me gag. Literal worst espresso drink I’ve ever tasted and I didn’t want to make a fuss because they employees really are so nice, but the drink was really awful.

My go to after a long day at school and first thing in the morning at times. Staff is pretty okay, some are more friendly than others. Some look miserable... (as a Dunkin' Donuts employee, a smile would be nice from some employees or at least not a dead judgey look). They get your order right and fast!
