My friend is Vietnamese and recommended we go here for dinner. It is a smaller scale establishment with limited seating and on street parking. Delivery takeout, soup was very hot, but noodles were hard, beef was just like out of refrigerator, and tendon was ridiculous hard, I meant like a stone. For whoever packed the food, it's great that you gave me a straw for my cold coffee, but no napkins, nor utensils either. Do you think that Vietnamese food can be eaten without that?
