I love the sandwiches here. I have the freedom to build my grinders and sometimes they recognize my orders
So disappointing. I was in Hartford for work. I stopped in here one morning to get a bagel and hash browns. Having lived in New York, for a deli to have New York in the title, I at least expected a quality bagel. It was terrible. Worse than a store bought bagel, they only had plain, and they used store bought cream cheese. The hash browns were frozen and they just defrosted it and served. McDonald's would've been better. They will not get any more business from me.
Their wraps are so good! I always get the chipotle turkey :
